The company continues to aggressively build its bitcoin position. But Saylor’s appetite only seems to be growing.

Long-Term Strategy

In an interview with CNBC, Saylor stated that at the current pace, Strategy could absorb all the bitcoin that will be mined by 2140, the point when issuance stops completely. In his estimate, institutional demand through digital credit mechanisms already exceeds organic supply.

Saylor emphasized that the new model allows Strategy to outperform bitcoin’s own returns, delivering common stock growth of approximately 60% annually on a constant basis. Conservative investors, meanwhile, receive a product with predictable yields of around 11.5%.

How Realistic Is This?

Saylor’s strategy increases the market’s dependence on large corporate buyers. According to Bloomberg, since the start of 2026, Strategy has bought back more than 171,000 BTC, becoming the main absorber of the asset amid profit-taking by other participants.

Analysts note that this approach turns Strategy into a key player capable of influencing bitcoin’s supply dynamics in the long term.
