I did not see a forum topic for this guide.

This guide was empty so I started working on it, please feel free to collaborate:

Elizabeth, can all of the Best Practices Guides threads be pinned? I feel like it is hard to keep finding each thread as time goes by.

Excellent. I suggested removing reference to Mt. Gox.

With a goal of production of documents that have longevity, it would be nice to remove all references to existing exchanges and brokerage firms.

Certainly.

Elizabeth Ploshay is the owner of this document, and these are now submitted as official 1st releases I believe. So, while I would say go ahead and edit as you feel fit, maybe we should check in with her to see what the appropriate protocol is for editing these docs? I'll send her a PM so she can check this thread and offer advice.

Nikhil and team, as this doc already was submitted for posting on the Foundation Website. Please add comments but do not edit the document directly.

Thanks!

Elizabeth, for reasons of minor updates and edits such as my prior comment...

...how do we update these documents?  Is it something like approval by someone, or the entire board, or what?  Obviously we are in a very fluid and rapidly changing environment.
