Cryptocurrency, arguably one of the most compelling new technologies of our time, is quickly making its way into the mainstream. While Bitcoin has gained the greatest traction to date, there are over 650 different Crypto Coins in existence. As a result, the vast majority of the different coins have their own individual brand but for anyone involved in the wider crypto industry, fitting 650 logos onto one piece of marketing collateral doesn’t leave room for much else.

To solve this dilemma to mainstream adoption, we’re excited to share that we’ve teamed up with fellow cryptocurrency pioneers Cryptsy to sponsor a collaborative effort to brand crypto!

The dedicated platform was conceptualized and launched in October 2014. Its primary goal to facilitate an open source environment where aspiring designers from across the globe can upload their vision of a cryptocurrency brand. The initiative to Brand Crypto saw participation from 89 different countries spanning 5 continents. The platform has received over 90 brands worldwide and is now in its final stage with the 5 finalists available for viewing and voting – a brand truly created by the people, and chosen by the people.

Vogogo is deeply committed to the crypto industry and firmly engaged in bringing cryptocurrency into the mainstream and we’re happy to provide $10,000 to the winning design.
